Following SciPlay’s acquisition of Alictus, my role transitioned into SciPlay Turkey with full continuity and expanded responsibilities. This update reflects an organizational change rather than a change of position.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, conducting interviews and partnering with hiring managers on tailored hiring strategies. - Facilitate onboarding with 1:1 check-ins to boost retention and ensure smooth transitions. - Coordinate performance review cycles, supporting feedback collection and alignment with company goals. - Analyze engagement surveys, collaborating on action plans to enhance the employee experience. - Participated in HR integration processes following Alictus's acquisition by SciPlay, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of HR practices across teams.
