Responsibilities Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes) Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance Keep track of recruiting metrics. (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) Devises sourcing strategies to attract top talent: Creating job postings, contacting universities, determining advertising and posting resources. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications. Interview applicants on a consistent set of qualifications and behavioral interviewing questions. Assess candidates’ language proficiency prior to scheduling for assessment. Manages and facilitates the interview process to ensure a positive and timely experience for a candidate. Research and choose job advertising options Recommend ways to improve our employer brand. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations. Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

Main responsibilities: Identify suitable suppliers based on production/GVRM/VRM/sales requirements Ensure all required information is entered into information systems and make sure information systems are always up-to date Test and qualify suppliers in cooperation with MLS Contract and develop supplier solutions for languages in alignment with Moravia business requirements Communicate with suppliers, answer queries, provide support if needed Track new services offered by suppliers Negotiate supplier prices on yearly basis (and/or account/project basis) Coordinate supplier resources for production Act as escalation point for PMs regarding supplier related issues Monitor suppliers' performance

The Managed Services Recruiter is responsible for addressing one-off and ongoing recruitment needs associated with Managed Services engagements. Accountable for delivery on time, in the required quality, with appropriate client treatment and responsiveness, in compliance with RWS Moravia´s legal and RH specific standards. Main Responsibilities: - Understands and fulfills applicable HR/BPG standard practices as well as procedures required by the project for which is involved. (e. g. internal processes flows and tools used within them). - Creates, understands and publishes Job Descriptions and Job Ads. - Achieves Recruiting team's goals according to procedures and best practices of the area. - Executes recruitment tracking and recording activities to hold information updated (Databases, Status Reports). - Ensures all relevant information is available for everyone involved. - Provides regular updates to parties involved (internal clients). - Analyzes client-specific requirements related to the recruitment process.
