* Duties and responsibility : * Start up and shutdown NDA process plants refer to work instructions. * Responsible to all Control Room (DCS) activities. * Communicating and coordinating team members (field operators). * Operating, achieving and maintaining optimal operation parameters. * Correcting problem affecting process conditions as operating principles. * Reporting and responding hazardous condition of plant operation, incidents and emergencies. * Compiles shift report and deviations to supervisor. * Regularly conducted self safety audit. * Exchanges information on process conditions at shift hand over.

* Duties and responsibility : * Start up and shutdown NDA process plants refer to work instruction. * Field area for all area such as : Hydrogen plant (methanol reformer); Esterification; Hydrogenation and Refining. * Responsible to all field plant activities. * Monitoring and ensuring safe operation of the plant and equipment. Solve problems or take corrective actions when necessary. * Reporting and responding hazardous condition of plant operation, equipment, incidents and emergencies. * Compiles field data sheets, shift reports and deviations to supervisor. * Take sample (gas & liquid) and bring it to laboratory for analysis * Participating to ERT member in emergency cases * Regularly conducted self safety audit * Exchanges information on process conditions at shift hand over

* Duties and responsibility : * Start up and shutdown NDA process plant refer to work instruction. * Ensuring that SHE rules and regulation in the process field and CR area. * Regularly conduct self safety audit and safety toolbox meeting. * Issue for Vehicle Entry Permit, Work Permit and Confined Space Entry Permit for contractor and maintenance. * Coordinating activities between DCS and field operators. * Ensuring that the production plant activity is effectively executed on shift. * Ensuring process production and equipments in normal condition * Correcting and responding problems affecting process conditions as per operating principle and theory. * Responding hazardous condition of plant operation, equipment, incident and emergencies. * Exchanging information on process condition at shift hand over
