Working as a country maintenance manager for African Blue/Sweet Berry a company of Costa Group a leader in Blueberries culture and development, my responsibilies are the below: • Managing maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning of irrigation systems, water desalination plants (ROs) and farming engines • Organize maintenance and repair activities in the whole farms in compliance with farms operation priorities and safety rules • Hiring and supervision of subcontractors for specialized maintenance work • Leading the farm development projects in all phases: preparation, planning, purchase of material and execution • Integration of plant supervision systems • Establish and monitor maintenance budget (capex and opex) to guarantee a maximium effectiveness and ressources deployment • Spare parts ordering, stock monitoring and technical selection

Leading the planning & Scheduling team the main tasks are the following - Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders -Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work - Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors & vendors - Spare parts management (ordering, validation, acquisition follow up...) - Perform and organize planning & scheduling meetings for cold and hot shutdowns - Evaluation of shutdowns performance - Organize and classify technical documents of the equipment

Work on the maintenance excellence setup of the OCP fertilizers plant 3MT 107DEF my main duties are the following: • Develope work procedures according to JESA and OCP standards • Prepare preventive maintenance and inspection schedules. • Define the need of spare parts and estimating maintenance budget (capex and opex) • Prepare the maintenance contracts for the contractors • Perform walk downs in the construction site to detect all possible mismatches with plans/engineering requirements • Coordinate with construction and commissioning team to ensure a successful equipment startup • Kick off the operational phase and ensure a 24h a day assistance for manufacturing team

Supervising maintenance teams of port handling equipment (Rubber tyre gantry crane, quay crane) my main duties are: - Work and teams management according to the maintenance plan - Tasks assignement - Maintenance plan editing and adjustement in coordination with engineering manager - Carry out and resolve of anomalies linked to automation - Updating maintenance monitoring dashboards - New project planning and follow up - Hand over the new equipments and ensure the compatibility with requirements

-Respsonding to calls of production teams to resolve the breakdowns of tower cranes (LIEBHEER & POTAIN). -Workshop maintenance and overhaul of diesel generators (SDMO & CATERPILLAR). -Configuration and installation of LV circuit -Refurbishing electrical panels and cubicles
