Design : • New sites creation, Definition of search zones (Rural and urban site, TGV sites…) • Verifiying, validating technical studies and development of the material inventory (Antennas, RFM, RRH and Nokia digital units FSMF/Airscale, 5G precautions). • Realization of heavy redevelopments on pre-swap or post-swap sites (changing antennas, remount RFMs and remove feeders, add new bands…). • Preparation of the initial site configuration (Parameters class, PCI, cableloss, SBTS Conf, RET, MHA, prachCS, RSI, BCCH, BSIC, TRX, SC) and extraction of the CIQ file. Optimization: • Responsible for several clusters on the West of France. • Processing incident tickets on Océane. • Monitoring Nokia swap on the cluster: Weekly reports on 2G / 3G / 4G KPIs. • QoS treatment, treatment of impact cells in DCR, CSSR, gradient HO, etc. • Proposal of new Nokia 2G / 3G / 4G configuration : CSFallBack, mobility management, 3G power alignment, neighboring optimization, MIMO processing, 3G retainability). • Refarming U2100 and preparation of L2100 extensions. • Extraction, analysis of Netact reports and investigations on impacted KPIs and counters, creation of customized reports if needed. • Worst cells troubelshooting • Analysis of Nemo measurements by Actix analyzer and proposal of optimization levers. • Training in Nokia Air Interface 5G. • Tools : Osiris map, RAN Dashboard, BDRef2G/3G/4G, Astellia Nova, Osiris Groupe, RAN Query, Vasco, CM Editor, CM Operations Manager, Performance Manager Reporting Suite, SBTS Element Manager, Actix Analyzer, Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint…), Atoll, NORIA, NEWBODEGA (ClickOnSite), BDE site, Topo+, Opteo, Osiris.

Consultant RAN 3G/4G pour le compte de NOKIA et ses clients : PT Hutchisson Tri Indonésie et Turktelekom Turquie (Introduction des paramètres, compteurs et KPIs Nokia), Orange Mali (Projet swap ALU/Nokia), Airtel Madagascar (Rollout, lancement LTE à Madagascar), Tunisie Télécom Tunisie, Nokia Pologne. NPO : • Planification PRACH, PCI, PDCCH, PUCCH, PUSCH. • Configuration des canaux / Random Access Procedure (RACH). • Paramétrage : paramètres PRACH, PCI, PDCCH / contrôle de puissance / Gestion des bearers / paramètres AMC (Adaptive Modulation and Coding) / Mobilité : Handover et resélection de cellules. • Génération des rapports pour mesurer les performances radio : Analyse des compteurs et des KPIs. • Tests de quelques features/fonctionnalités Nokia sur des zones de test. • Certifié Instructeur Nokia en Planification et Optimisation 4G. • Formation de plusieurs groupes d’ingénieurs en paramètres et KPI reliés au réseau LTE de Nokia (dans une dizaine de pays). • Outils : Netact, CM Editor, CM Operations Manager, MUSA, Nokia testbeds, Performance Manager, Microsoft Office Excel, traces E-mil, Actix Analyzer. Dimensionnement et intégration : • Mise en service, OAM et troubleshooting des sites radio basés sur les produits suivants : Nokia FSMF, Nokia Airscale (Version logicielle : FL16A) et Nokia SRAN - pour le compte de Orange Mali, Orange Cameroun, Nokia Grande-Bretagne, Nokia Russie, Orange Guinée-Bissau, Viettel SA Lumitel Burundi et Nokia Ukraine. • Gestion des profils SRAN et dimensionnement baseband des SBTS. • Mise en service et intégration des sites SRAN. • Intégration à NetAct et gestion des fautes/alarmes. • Formation des équipes Nokia internes, les clients Nokia ainsi que les sous-traitants sur le hardware Nokia.
