Algorithm for AI is a Saudi artificial intelligence company headquartered in Riyadh, operating under a General IT commercial license as a developer of AI applications. The company builds AI systems for the Saudi capital market and delivers them through two products: SahmAlgo, a market intelligence app powered by its proprietary PriceAlgo, TechAlgo, NewsAlgo and DimensionsAlgo models, and ChatAlgo, an AI platform for Saudi market research. Algorithm for AI is an authorized Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) market data distributor.

With branches across the Kingdom, the lead agency responsible for promoting and preserving Saudi Cultural Heritage and driving innovation in the field of arts and crafts, where I: • Established the organization’s online store’s identity across social, traditional, and web touch-points to support demand generation and sales growth. • Innovated an omnichannel approach to build brand awareness and uncover new market segments. • Expanded relationships and partnerships with public sector partners and centers of Innovation and Entrepreneurship throughout the country. • Articulated customer lifecycle management strategy, developing and launching an energized market engagement strategy encompassing traditional and digital campaign development. • Spearheaded programming that allowed 55 artisans to expand and scale their business models and further highlight the importance of Saudi traditional arts. • Reviewed transformation success and impact through implementing quality assurance and key performance measurements.

Driving the objectives of Vision 2030 and serving as the ministry’s champion of key Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship initiatives, key impact revolved around: • Collaborating with the leadership team and private sector partners to develop and execute technology transfer activities to ensure alignment with organization’s strategic direction. • Conducting ongoing needs assessments to understand and respond to challenges around innovation, growth, and entrepreneurship. • Reviewing data analytics to uncover transfer and innovation project impediments and allocate resources while driving rigorous compliance to best-practice portfolio governance guidelines. • Inculcating an enterprise vision around project management and delivery, establishing performance standards and promoting elevated levels of strategy innovation. • Iterating learning materials and producing 10 Entrepreneurship textbooks deployed across a network of KSA universities. • Working closely with partners throughout the country’s centers of Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship excellence

Working with faculty partners to design and shape student academic quality assurance frameworks, I: • Reviewed and assessed learning delivery to ensure alignment with school’s goals and anticipated student outcomes. • Collaboratively developed course syllabi and structure; developing instructional and assessment strategies, complying with school standards, learning metrics and student expectations. • Provided guidance and mentorship around teaching excellence and maintaining academic standards, deploying an observational and evidence-based approach to teaching management. • Advocated for student success, delivering workshops on study and learning best practices. • Evaluated student performance and progress through ongoing evaluations and assessments. • Established a supportive learning environment and deployed an inclusionary pedagogical approach encouraging student engagement and participation.

• Applied Machine Learning models to business problems, specially Entrepreneurship • Used NLP and Text mining tools to advance qualitative research for Entrepreneurship Education • Published 3 conference papers in the field of machine learning and text mining

My research is focused on applying machine learning and Natural Language Processing techniques in business research, especially in entrepreneurship. My Dissertation was titled “Mind Maps and Machine Learning; an Automated Framework for Qualitative Research in Entrepreneurship Education”
