Ensuring that project millstones are met by monitoring and measuring progress regularly and identify variances from plan so that corrective action can be taken when necessary. Identifying all project risks and developing options and actions to mitigate risks and to reduce threats to project objectives. Reviewing all change requests, Leading scope alignment meeting, developing company estimate, evaluating contractor’s proposal, conducting negotiation meetings and finalizing changes. Applying leadership, communications and management skills to manage and monitor overall project stakeholder relationship in project activities throughout the project life cycle. Keeping time schedule and cost up to date and forecasting projects status until the final day.

Managing Project Detailed Engineering and Project Procurement

Managing Preliminary Project Design, Project Estimate Development, Technical Bid Evaluation, etc.

Providing technical assistance and advises during power plants’ installations, commissioning, start-ups and troubleshooting.

Preparing time Schedules, Budgets & Monitoring the Project throughout the Execution Phase.
