When I joined Up2News, the goal was clear: make massive amounts of press and video content instantly searchable. I led the redesign of our entire technical foundation — from the data indexing system to the automated conversion of video and newspaper files. One of the major milestones was the deployment and integration of Google Search Appliance, which became the cornerstone of our new high-performance search infrastructure. Combined with advanced PDF data extraction and structuring, it dramatically improved indexing speed, accuracy, and overall user experience.
