Carrying out periodic and annual inventory of vendors’ inventory, showroom safes, warehouses, and cash inventory when going on annual leave or contract expires, and making the necessary settlements and reviewing them, including additions, deductions, and financial evaluation, in addition to reviewing purchase orders for the commercial department and the actual balance, and verifying the quantities and their conformity with the purchase orders and the payment period in the invoices before recording the invoices in the suppliers’ accounts.
