I manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to coordinating interviews and extending offers, to ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience. I also partner with senior leadership and the chief of people to support the satisfaction and retention of our employees, implementing effective HR policies and practices, and fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. I am passionate about learning and developing my skills in the innovative and fast-paced crypto space, as well as in the broader field of human resources management and services. That is why I pursued a higher national diploma at UCD Professional Academy, where I gained valuable knowledge and insights on HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, and more.
