Actively contributes to reaching the goals set for IKEA Supply Chain and for IKEA Transportation by preparing for decisions through analysis of common agreed information and by giving directions for improvements. Contribute to the development of the Transport area as well as to the global navigation standards. Secure the functional reporting according to common formats, rules and deadlines – for all goal areas (Availability, Cost, Quality and Social & Environmental). Secure the Transport part of pricing for the area. -Translate and communicate goals and results in a language that everybody can understand. -Secure and develop a high consciousness of costs by providing cost transparency and highlighting the cost drivers within Transport Initiate actions in case of discrepancies between goals and actual results. Secure that the right navigation information is available to management, in good time. Identify potentials for improvement, new opportunities and business risks and propose actions. Participate in the development of tools and working methods to navigate and secure an effective transportation process. Support Global Transport BN in the development and maintenance of the KPI map incl.definitions and dimensions. Co-ordinate the goal process in the area. -Work with operational cost budgeting and reporting and organizational efficiency
