* Classifying the vacancies I work for by industries & roles classifications. * Viewing the job seekers' CVs, Sorting them by their education and field & years of experience. * Reviewing & screening the CVs for the specific vacancies. * Calling the potential candidates in order to perform first -On phone- interview. The selected calibers who meet the needed requirements for the specific positions we have are asked if they are interested in the opportunities we offer or not. * The fifth step is to send the selected calibers' CVs to the companies which ask to hire them for having their agreement. * Finally, second -face to face- interview for the last confirmation which is done by me or by the employer HR team. * Finishing my work by listing the hired candidates' names & contacts, their titles & the employer's names and then reporting this list to my direct manager.
