Translate design concepts into detailed technical specifications, including material selection, construction techniques, measurements, and finishing details. 3. Develop prototypes and samples, refining designs through iterative processes to achieve desired aesthetics, functionality, and quality standards. • Material Sourcing and Evaluation: 1. Research and identify appropriate leather materials, hardware, and accessories to be used in product development, considering factors such as quality, durability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. 2. Establish relationships with suppliers and conduct regular evaluations to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of materials. • Production Coordination: 1. Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturing, providing clear instructions and guidance regarding product specifications, materials, and construction techniques. 2. Conduct regular quality control inspections throughout the production process, addressing any issues to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and product excellence. • Market Research and Trend Analysis: 1. Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings in the leather goods sector. 2. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements, new product categories, and improvements to existing designs.

Responsibilities:- • Quality Control Processes: 1. Develop and implement quality control procedures, guidelines, and standards to maintain consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process. 2. Establish and document quality control checkpoints at various stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product evaluation. • Inspections and Testing: 1. Conduct thorough inspections of leather materials, hardware, and finished products to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards. 2. Perform functional and performance tests to ensure that products meet the required specifications and functionality, including durability, stitching strength, and colorfastness. • Process Improvement: 1. Collaborate with the production team to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and minimize defects. 2. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce quality-related risks. • Supplier Evaluation And Training & Compliance: 1. Work closely with the procurement team to evaluate and monitor the quality performance of suppliers and vendors, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and specifications. 2. Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices. 3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities:- • Assembly and Production Tasks: 1. Perform assembly tasks such as cutting, folding, stitching, gluing, and packaging using various tools and equipment. 2. Follow standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent and accurate production of notebooks and sleeves. 3. Assemble components and materials according to product specifications, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and finish. • Quality control: 1. Conduct visual inspections of products during the assembly process to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards. 2. Follow quality control guidelines and promptly report any issues or non-conformities to supervisors or quality control personnel. 3. Assist in implementing quality control measures, such as conducting product tests or measurements, to ensure adherence to quality requirements. • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: 1. Operate production machinery and equipment, such as cutting machines, sewing machines, and gluing machines, following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. 2. Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. • Inventory Management: 1. Assist in inventory management activities, such as receiving, organizing, and tracking raw materials, components, and finished goods. 2. Report any inventory discrepancies or shortages to supervisors, ensuring accurate stock levels for uninterrupted production.

Responsibilities:- 1. Identify and prospect potential fashion brands, Bazaars, and retailers to onboard them onto our fashion platform. 2. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and target markets. 3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. 4. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking leads, and following up with potential clients. 5. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with fashion brands, bazaars, and retailers, serving as their primary point of contact. 6. Understand clients' business needs, goals, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their requirements. 7. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our fashion platform.
