Represented school district in school funding adequacy litigation. Represented governmental, educational, and corporate entities in personal injury, premise liability, breach of contract and other general civil liability matters. Provided legal and strategic advice and counsel to clients regarding labor and employee relations, internal investigations, employee disciplinary matters, grievances, policy development, reductions in force, EEOC investigations, OCR investigations and compliance issues.

Yasmin has experience handling all aspects of employment litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, negotiating settlements and successfully defending clients in arbitration, mediation and trial. She also has extensive experience in public/governmental due process claims and hearings.
