As a nursery manager, I lead and manage a team of qualified and experienced staff who provide high-quality care and education for children aged from 6 weeks to 4 years. I have a CACHE L5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services, with a specialization in EYFS Leadership and Management. With over 10 years of experience in the nursery sector, I am passionate about creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn. I have a strong track record of implementing the EYFS curriculum, ensuring compliance with ADEK standards, and developing positive relationships with parents and caregivers. I also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and I enjoy working with diverse and multicultural teams and communities. My goal is to contribute to the vision and mission of Teddy Bear Nurseries, and to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

Lead the strategic and operational management of early years settings in full alignment with ADEK regulatory frameworks, licensing, and inspection requirements. Ensure high-quality teaching and learning through effective implementation of the EYFS framework and Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) approaches.
