Financial Analysis for Business Acquisition 2018: Conducted financial analysis for Nimir group, a local group of companies, for the acquisition of Agrow Pvt. Ltd from JS bank. The group was, later, able to negotiate the price, with JS bank, for the new business based on the financial analysis I carried out. Business proposal and feasibility reports 2018: First Scar Clinic and Spa: Complete business model proposal and feasibility report along with a 5 year financial forecast. The business was successfully established and is operational since August 2018. Alamgir Texiles: Complete business model for new textile/fashion brand, strategy proposal, and feasibility report along with a 5 year financial forecast.

To create the music database, consolidate it in one place and sort out all the discrepancies and different problems.

All kind of negotiations with clients which includes: Taking care of all the client issues, recognizing their needs according to their requests and forwarding it to the Software engineers for the implementation, Implementation of new clients and responsibility to migrate their data from their old application to the new one.
