-Successfully engineered, produced, purified, analyzed and characterized (stability, specificity and function) of over 200 IgG, IgA and IgM antibodies ranging from 3mL-6L scale transfections from Expi293, ExpiCHO and CHO cell lines. Optimized IgM assembly with transfection ratio study. Spearheaded CD20 x CD3 project under Principal Scientist’s mentorship from start to finish. -Developed, designed and executed high throughput antibody screenings in 384 well plate format with liquid automated robotics (Hamilton Nimbus): -In vitro assay to test surrogate viral neutralization assay (sVNT) competitive RBD-ACE2 ELISA and binding of anti SARS-CoV2 antibodies produced in-house, leading to increased efficiency and speed of screening and selection of lead antibody candidates. Contributed to IND application. -Developed assay to assess half-life extensions of PK profiles with IgM antibodies. -Developed ELISA to compare antibody potency and efficacy of antigen, receptor binding and RBD variants. -Trained and troubleshooted new scientists and research associates with cell line maintenance, robotics, transfections, purification.

Conducted experiments testing human immune cell response to P. acnes bacteria and bacteriophage using qPCR, ELISA, RNA isolation, gel electrophoresis, PBMC isolation, isolation and propagation of P. acnes bacteriophages. Independently designed and run biochemical assays to screen and characterize cytokine, chemokine and antimicrobial peptide candidates. Interpreted, recorded and presented complex visual data to lab team; analyzed and troubleshooted experiment issues.

Assistance of high throughput screen of compound molecules that facilitate endothelial driven anti-microbial macrophage with HUVEC cell culture, ficoll, qPCR, IHC, cytometric bead array and flow cytometry. Lab set up and management.

Investigated the effects of spinal cord injury on muscle phenotypic adaptation and its impact on the NFAT-calcineurin pathway.
