* Construct, maintain & operate standard laboratory equipment, for example centrifuges, titrators, pipetting machines and pH meters. * Ensure the laboratory is well stocked and resourced. * Record and some times interpret results to present to senior colleagues * To receive raw material and lab products. * Analysis of raw materials Like Nitric acid, Sulphuric acid, Caustic soda, Benzene etc. * Data entry of above all products. * Analysis of finished products like Oxalic acid. * To sample received raw material in warehouse for analysis as per checklist i.e. to check product name, Batch No. Material code etc. * To check calibration due dates of various instruments used in Q.C. * Daily verification of balances used in lab. * Reporting to Q.C. In-charge.

* Constructing, maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment, for example titrators, pipetting machines, pH meter micro oven and furnace machines. * Receiving raw material and lab products. * Ensuring that the laboratory is well stocked. * Recording results and present it to the supervisor. * Receiving raw materials from batch, binder and resin department for analysis. * Doing an analysis of formal dehyde, soda ash, borax, ATP, industrial amine, ammonia. * Preparing chemical of HCL, NaOH in normality. * Calculating thermal conductivity, tensile test and R-value of all finished goods, analysis of compression test,and also calculating density of all types of insulating materials i.e. soluble, insoluble, double facing, unface and facing with S.S.L. tape. * Checking the binder, moisture and pull rate of all different types of finished goods. * Data entry of all products in SAP software. * Preparing the materials of 5S road map related.
