Nature of work: • Analysing the prospective business spends and risks involved in a particular merchant during POS or Payment Gateway (PG) set up and setting risk profile limits, both at card and floor levels • Monitoring frauds in various merchants and devising appropriate mechanisms aimed at reduction. • Monitoring of fraud trends from time-to-time and put in place necessary modifications in risk detection parameters. • Tracking merchants who violate the thresholds set by the franchisees and offering recommendations for further action on these merchants. • Liaising with the merchants/acquirers for cancellation of fraudulent transactions, highlighting suspicious transaction patterns and negative market information. • Investigating the fraudulent transactions with the beneficiary details available to see if recovery is possible. • Training on a regular basis for the back-end staff as well as the regional teams on the fraud patterns and educating them on the ways to action alerts. • Coordinating with respective issuers for TC40 and SAFE Fraud removal of genuine or refunded transactions of Merchants .Handles a PAN india merchant monitoring team, which is a 24/7 shop .Handles batch settlement and hold funds of merchants on suspicious transactions and takes decision of funds release basis Regional risk investigation feedback .Regularly coordinate with Franchisees VISA, MASTER and RUPAY about latest fraud trends and the risk mitigates to be implemented at all ends from banks, merchants and franchisees • Quality check done on the actioned alerts and other trackers maintained by the back-end staff • Publishing necessary MIS and analysis reports.

Nature of work: • Handles Priority Clients Operations, Risk, KYC based investigations, analysis and approvals • Coordinating with various banks regarding reconciliation of payments and daily transactions. • Dealing with transactions monitoring once every 30 minutes which provide the transaction a success for all the payment options. • Part of the Risk Management support team for priority clients which involves reviewing, investigating and assessing transactions based on authenticity. • Handling activation queries such as assigning transaction rates and updating codes for various payment options involving many merchants • Assisted in providing vital inputs and training sessions conducted for working in operational and risk analysis for the fellow team members. • Supporting Post Live Activations which involves changes in Domain name, Company name, Bank account details and Deactivation of account. • Reducing the chargebacks and fraud activities that could really give major impact in the company’s financial activities into loss and reputation among the Consumers and other business merchants. • Generating Statistical Input data and Periodical reports for Priority clients like daily transaction report, success rate and month wise comparison and investigating and analysing the same to improve transactions success rate • Product education/clarification will be provided to Priority clients whenever a new product is developed as per acquiring banks market requirements • Merchant’ s eligibility, business model, history of volumes and PG options activated will be evaluated before offering additional PG and also to get smart router enabled
