• Spearhead identification and pursuit of new revenue streams by analysing market trends, evaluating competitor offerings, and nurturing strategic partnerships. • Design, implement, and optimise end to end CRM processes to enhance lead management, automate workflows, and drive customer retention. • Develop and execute targeted marketing and communication campaigns email, SMS, in app to engage prospects and existing customers at key lifecycle stages. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. • Track and analyse KPIs including pipeline growth, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value to inform strategic decisions and optimise resource allocation. • Lead training and support for staff on CRM best practices, data hygiene, and sales methodologies to maximise system adoption and data accuracy. • Prepare monthly business development and CRM performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
