• Review proposal specifications to determine the scope of work and contents of the estimate. • Proactively identify and track project risks and develops mitigation plans. • Identify, classify, mitigate and communicate project risks and ensure the recording of risks, issues, decisions and assumptions. • Develop project plans and provide clear leadership and direction to the team through a sound understanding of strategic objectives, corporate best practices, and project management principles. • Plan, lead, organize and motivate the project team to achieve a high level of performance and quality in the execution of project deliverables. • Inspecting reinforcement, Estimating Concrete steel, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers. • Develop change management, resource, communication plans and stakeholder engagement plans and communications materials for project team members, end-users, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure impacts, decisions and changes are understood. • Track budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget. • Manage a team of coordinators and delegate duties to ensure project completion according to schedule and budget. • Analyze project billings and prepares payment status reports. • Conduct Constructability Reviews as required on projects.

• Preparing a stakeholder analysis, with three internal stakeholders, three external stakeholders, and three workshop ideas, by the end of Winter Term 2021 and within the budget, to help The Green Citizen expand and raise awareness about sustainability in Seneca’s education programs. • Identifying 3 potential programs that have not yet implemented sustainability in their course content. • Connecting the 3 programs with The Green Citizen to implement sustainable ideas. • Identifying 3 potential organizations that can provide funding for The Green Citizen workshops. • Researching about prior funding or sponsorship of these organizations to other organizations. • Identifying requirements to get sponsorship. • Finding contact details for further communication. • Generating agendas to facilitate 3 workshops that implement sustainable ideas in the identified programs from the stakeholder analysis. . • Contacting external stakeholders and talking to higher authorities in Seneca, preparing detailed requirement reports for sponsorship. Considering engineering programs for the internal stakeholders’ analysis.

• Organizing and maintain project site files and documents; manage electronic document databases and/or file sharing sites. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documents for the project including, drawings, plans, submittals, document logs, and purchase orders. • Responsible for the construction of 45km highway project, on site health and safety, and reinforcement/concrete/form-work inspection before concreting. • Attend meetings with clients, contractors and municipal staff and make notes and records of the outcomes of these meetings for project record purposes • Meet project milestone events in accordance with client and municipal deadlines • Resolve more complex issues during both design and construction phases • Provides mentorship and evaluation of junior staff. • Analyze survey reports, drawings, blueprints, and other geologic data to plan projects • Ensure projects comply with legal requirements, especially health and safety • Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility • Quality Control tracking to ensure compliance with the Specifications (testing frequencies, material approvals, notice of inspections, etc.) • Assist Superintendents with long range planning including identifying and ordering Equipment, and Material Requirements. • Managed and Track Subcontractors
