Project Details:Logistics & After sales support services for Lenovo, India  Roll out of whole support structure for Lenovo India customers for monitor support. Set-up 20 FSL’s across country and supported by one DC in Bangalore. Address activities in customer service, warehousing, inventory, transportation, materials handling, and strategic planning  Daily review with logistics partner on PAL realization and E2E delivery performance. Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project.

Roles and Responsibilities:  Managing PAN India Forward & Reverse Logistics.  Responsibility of Inventory and Reconciliation of ASL’s Stocks.  Collecting POD’s and checking the transportation bills.  Escalation Management to meet the Customer Requirement on agreed TAT.  Co-ordinating with PAN India 180 ASL’s which includes 20 T Hub’s and WH for supply chain management & Logistics ( Forward and Reverse) related issues & support.  Follow up with Central HUB Warehouse for Inbound & Outbound of Spares on Time Which Variably Impact on overall Performance of our KPI.  Weekly Conference Call with the customer on the KPI to Achieve the Contractual target, Improve and to implement the New Ideas which Relates to the Time Consumption on process running and to Find out root cause on the effect area and to enhance the process for improvising the Performances activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:  Managing Wipro perfumes division sales and Distribution, Logistics and 3PL WH operations.  Handling WH Operation team for MIS Reporting, ERP process ( Orders Creation,delivery-PGI, invoice in SAP and Tally ) for Multiple customers .  Collecting POD’s and raising invoice to customers and Co-coordinating with CSO for vendors payments.  Responsibility of Inventory and Reconciliation of Stocks and Ensure to place the materials 100% before due time of customer orders.  Co-ordinating with customers for Order receipts and delivery of materials.  Logistics Operation by Arranging Vehicles for local and upcountry dispatches, Quotations and Rate negotiations  Month end sales closing, Creating Invoices through Tally ERP, SAP tool and report daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly based on customer requirements  working for Transportation business development & achieving GP as per KPI
