2.6.1 Appointment, Managed a team of 40 people, Managed all project work (Lab/Pilot/Plant scale), Provided technical support to all Concentrator operations in AAP, Managed/Administered the annual budget, Managed the successful relocation of DML, Assisted Waterval UG2 in Nov 2015 in increasing throughput from 640kt/mth to 700kt/mth, Assisted Baobab Concentrator in March 2016 in increasing throughput from 60kt/mth to 80kt/mth, Drove the Pilot Plant upgrade project in 2016 to ensure safety integrity and legal compliance of the facility, Co-authored a Paper on the Primary Milling application of the HIGmill on UG2 and Platreef ore.

Projects Off-site: Knelson Cell at Mortimer Concentrator; M20 IsaMill optimisation work at MNC; M20 IsaMill optimisation work at MSC; G-CELL at Smelters; G-CELL test work at Unki Concentrator; XRF sorting for all concentrators. Off-site Division (Jan ’11 – Oct ’11): Cr:Si Split optimisation at Waterval UG2 Concentrator; Cr:Si Split optimisation at Retrofit Concentrator; Management of all off-site rigs (Float Rig, Flotation Characterization Test Rig, M4 IsaMill Rig, M20 IsaMill Rig, Column Cell Rig, Nelson Cell Rig, Falcon Cell Rig); Had to get rigs refurbished; Set up systems to manage rigs.
