Working on CFD simulation of nozzle using OpenFOAM. Testing the propulsion unit to analyse the system. Engaging in satellite manufacturing industry.

Nurturing eagerness to innovate in space technology by engaging, learning and working in small and dynamic start-up team. Contributed to the research and development of propulsion systems, gaining experience in a technical team environment. Participated in hot fire testing of solid rocket motors on a prototyped test bench, achieving hands-on experience with thermal testing setups and data acquisition. Supported data acquisition and utilized Python and MATLAB scripts for mathematical modelling of nozzle profile. Responsible for machining structural parts and leverage MS Office and Google Workspace for clear engineering documentation.

Associated with effective coordination, organisation and management of projects and online/offline events. Developed and maintained strong relationships with international partners, candidates, and internal team members. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to facilitate the placement of global talent in partner organizations.

Designed propulsion components and validated performance using CFD/FEM simulations, acquiring knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer. Designed and validated CD nozzle geometry focusing on heat transfer characteristics and Mach number limits. Engineered a custom Excel mathematical model to compare engine performance characteristics, successfully validating the output against RPA software for 95% accuracy. 3D-printed a scaled-down nozzle model for visualization and presentation, improving knowledge of additive manufacturing.
