Deputy Manager – New Product Development | BOPET Films • Leading new BOPET film product development initiatives from concept, trials, and scale-up to commercial production. • Planning and executing machine trials for new grades, focusing on properties. • Coordinating with QA, maintenance, and marketing teams to ensure successful product commercialization. • Driving process optimization and cost reduction through resin selection, additive optimization, and parameter standardization. • Handling critical troubleshooting related to extrusion, die, and winding during development and regular runs. • Supporting customer trials and technical discussions, incorporating feedback for faster product approval. • Preparing and maintaining trial reports, SOPs, and technical documentation.

Working as Production Executive in 8.7Meters BOPET manufacturing under clean room conditions. Involvement as team member of project team during machine eriction and commissioning of BRUCKNER BOPET line. Also working as team leader in die installation,change over and cleaning. Worked as team leader in installation of filter cleaning machines as new HYPOX and all. Producing BOPET films with different types of grade in 8 to 110 micron ranges. Like Low haze films, Board lamination films, High GSM acrylic coated films,Release liner films, Ultra clear window base films, PET G high shrink films, Twist Grade films, Yarn grade films , heat sealable, emboss able films,matte ,opaque white/milky white, in different grades,Balance shrink films. Responsible for day to day production and downtime. Responsible for internal audits and its prepation. Responsible for Raw material consumption reports and all. Responsible for new product plan and its execution.

Worked as Extrusion manager in 10.6 Meters BOPET manufacturing line. Involvement in commissioning of new line of DORNIER which having 10.6meter wide and high output capacity. Intresting task was commissioned and handled the new BARRATI vacuum system koch Dryer and dehumidifier. Product ranges from 8 to 36 micron with different types of grades like Heat seal, Packaging grade, Twist grade, Yarn grade, Balance shrink and Chemical Coated films like Acrylic coating, CO-PET coating, PU coating, antistatic coating etc. Responsible for day to day production and downtime. Responsible for internal Audits and RM records.

Worked as shift engineer in BOPET manufacturing line A. Production of 6.5meters wide BOPET film with different types of grade and micron ranges as 7 to 110micron in grades as Packaging, Twist, Yarn,Opaque white, Electric grade, Matte, and also producing chemical coated films with Acrylic coating, CO-PET coating, PU coating , antistatic coating, etc.
