As the former executive lead in the EMEA & AP regions for Wall Universe Group, I oversaw a diverse environment with people and teams from various disciplines. With over three decades of experience, I made substantial contributions to help businesses and organisations thrive and considerably increased their profitability. During my tenure as Head of International Business & Senior Buyer of WUGMBH, I managed the Pan-WU business. Our business expanded at twice the rate of market growth, attracting talent from multiple regions. We successfully established a new country organization and leadership structure, which became a benchmark for other emerging markets. In light of the considerable roles I have held throughout my career, I have decided to shift my focus entirely to my own endeavours. Leveraging my talent identification skills and ability to motivate teams to work with determination and consistently deliver excellence, I look forward to making even greater strides in my ventures. I am recognized as a driving force, coach, collaborator, and communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills. These skills have fueled my success in various cultures and geographies and have enabled me to maintain fruitful working relationships with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
