At Kaiyo, I co-founded and scaled a two-sided marketplace with its own trucks, warehouses, and 300+ employees. Built the entire internal tech stack from scratch: labor tracking, item state machines, automated performance management, truck routing, dashboards from floor level to exec level. Grew from 2 people to $40M ARR across multiple US markets. Before that, I took a 12-person defense contractor from post-it notes and whiteboard magnets to a fully integrated ERP system, helping double revenue to $25M. Now at CookUnity, leading product for end-to-end operations across a company delivering over a million meals a month.
