EN:After graduating in 2014 as a Mechanical and Mechatronics Technician, I began studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Padua the following year.Since the beginning, I chose to commute to university in order to spend the rest of the day working alongside my father in the family business. I thus began my career as a 3D designer alongside one of our engineers and then, after a few years, I became head of the technical department.As the years went by, my increasingly demanding work commitments led me to leave my studies, even though I was achieving excellent results, and since 2020 my role has also included R&D.In 2021, together with other partners, I founded a new company specializing in the production of high-performance composite materials parts. In this new business, I immediately took on the role of project manager and CEO, thus having the opportunity to train myself in management as well.IT:Diplomato nel 2014 come Perito Meccanico e Meccatronico, inizio l'anno seguente il corso di Ingegneria Meccanica p.sso l'Università degli Studi di Padova.Sin da subito scelgo di frequentare gli studi da studente pendolare al fine di sfruttare il resto della giornata per affiancare mio padre nell’azienda di famiglia. Inizio così il mio percorso di progettista 3D a fianco di uno dei ns. ingegneri per poi, dopo qualche anno, dirigere l’ufficio tecnico.Con il trascorrere degli anni, gli impegni lavorativi sempre più influenti mi portano ad abbandonare gli studi sebbene stessi ottenendo ottimi risultati e dal 2020 il mio ruolo si porta carico anche dell’R&D.Nel 2021 fondo insieme ad altri soci una nuova azienda specializzata nella produzione di articoli in materiali compositi ad alte prestazioni. In questa nuova realtà ricopro sin da subito il ruolo di project manager ed amministratore unico, avendo così l’opportunità di formarmi anche sotto l’aspetto manageriale.
