-Manage, guide and develop Supply Chain functions at the factory in order to meet production at required performance levels and at optimized costs. -Supporting detailed production planning and scheduling, managing raw and pack inventory levels as well as material requirement planning, operations systems and people management in an operations -Materials Requirement Planning according to annual production plan by daily, weekly and monthly. -Planning the stock orders taking critical stock levels and arranging the shipments based on warehouse capacity. - Stock management of raw & pack materials to achieve on time delivery at optimum cost with optimum inventory levels. -Define the stock policy and management approach for each material within the portfolio and align with procurement. -Identify issues, opportunities and problems concerning material supply and demand for raw and packaging materials for the factory within the coming 6 month horizon. -Manage Start and End of sourcing changes, product launches/relaunches and ensure raw and packaging materials availability for sourced SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit) -Review and maintain all relevant master data in SAP, including new materials. - Check the materials in terms of obsolesence, freshness, coverage weekly basis - Prepare presentation and reports for management

-Take part in Changeover Improvement Project. -Calculate productivity, cycle times, and hourly logs. -Participate in time studies, line balancing, and daily meetings. -Participating in 5S, Kaizen, and Kobetsu Kaizen improvement activities. -Organizing and updating documents related to production processes. -Providing support in collecting and analyzing production data.
