COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business, including partnerships and new initiatives, ensuring maximum value is captured. Analyse sales and performance reports to provide actionable insights and drive improvements. Negotiate contracts and prepare competitive bids to secure new business. Strategically review and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency. Prepare service presentations and proposals for tenders. Conduct post-award briefings with Business Unit Managers to ensure full understanding of client requirements. Organize and participate in events to promote CONTACT. Ensure full compliance with company commercial procedures and corporate governance requirements. MARKETING AND QUALITY Support the development and implementation of marketing and communications plans. Map, control, and analyse data from all marketing and communication activities. Manage digital and social media presence. Lead public relations initiatives and monitor the company’s image. Plan, organize, and execute events. Design and evaluate internal and external satisfaction surveys. Create marketing content and produce promotional materials. Conduct market research and support stakeholder engagement. Assist in maintaining the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System in line with ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 standards. Conduct internal audits, monitor corrective and preventive actions, and ensure continuous improvement. Review and update the QHSE Manual and related management system documents. Support legal compliance assessments, risk identification, hazard evaluation, and occupational risk management. Investigate accidents and incidents, identify non-conformities, report root causes, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy; • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications; • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives; • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/other recruitment sources; • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc; • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule; • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes; • Conduct Competency interviews; • Application of Aptitude tests, Personality inventories, Group exercises, and results analysis; • Academic and curricular background check; • Prepare assessment reports of shortlisted candidates or candidates within an assessment process; • Feedback interviews.
