- Involved in pre-sale and post-sale technical support. Including network design, installation, and customer support for LAN/ WAN, Network switches, SD-WAN, and Network Security. - Experience with L2/L3 Switches, L3 Routers, L4/L7 Server Load Balancers (SLB), Network Monitoring System (NMS), Access Point & Wi-Fi technologies, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). - Provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) for clients. - Prepare network status reports for clients. - Perform fault analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving of incidents for any network issues faced by clients. - Perform system checking and advise for system upgrade if there are any security vulnerabilities or outdated systems found in clients' devices. - Prepare an incident report with root cause analysis as well as next action plan related to any issue face by clients. - Products testing for Proof of Concept (POC) to clients.

- Compile reference documentation for internal teams during handover. - Perform fault analysis, classification, and troubleshooting of incidents through the support portal. - Provide network circuits traffic monitoring and updates. - Experienced in monitoring and obtaining network data from monitoring tools, Orion. - Follow up closely with providers on faulty circuits and ensure issues are resolved as per agreed with Service Level Agreement (SLA). - Liaise with customers to provide updates as per agreed SLA. - Provide monthly SLA reports to Customer on service outages. - Review on circuits SLA with Customers regarding outages and compensation. - Review on circuits SLA with Providers regarding outages and rebates. - Attend monthly meetings with Customers and present circuits SLA with Customers. - Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to review and improve internal working processes. - Prepare training topics to improve the knowledge of teammates.
