* Cash Equity Operation Trainee * Extract and ensure smooth flow of International trades .Update the party and sub party code of clients into the system, mirrored the HK Nova. * Liaise with custodians on pre-matching trades, follow-up with custodians on the unmatched trades * Report to India office on the unmatched trades; keep up-to-date with India and Hong Kong colleagues. * Initiates the trades into Bursa CDS terminal. Reconcile the trades using various sources. Ensure all the trades successfully matched. * Payment remittance and monitors the payment from clients. Work on payments, receipts and journals for all the transactions. * Involve in trade closing on daily by ensuring the trades flow into the Nova system and sent out the trade conformation to clients via email or auto fax.(liaise with dealer, the front office). * Prepare the weekly reporting for Bursa Malaysia.

* Graduate Development Programme * Joining Graduate development program (GDP) for 6 weeks classroom training. * Passed Module 6 and Module 7 during the Graduate Development Program.

* Group Treasury Innovation and Structured Products * Responsible for new product development and structuring: * i.DCI Gold * ii.One-Touch * iii.Double No-Touch * iv.Digital Option * v.Plain Vanilla Option * vi.Target Redemption Forward * vii.Range Forward * viii.Range Accrual Investment * Updating Product Manual, Process Flow and Operational Manual * Preparing Term Sheets for new products. * Involve and promote RHB Structured Products * Liaise with Wealth management, Treasury operation, IT, Product manager, Finance, Risk, Audit, Legal and Compliance on new product development * Participate in monthly sales program for Structured Investment: One-Touch, Double No-Touch, Digital Option, Call Spread and Range Accrual Investment * Provide training for Derivatives Sales team on DCI Gold.
