My work includes identifying therapeutic targets for diseases using integrated multi-omics data, predicting antibody-antigen interactions from a 3D structural perspective, and designing antibody sequences with specific desired properties. Additionally, I develop machine learning models based on real-world datasets, such as IBD Plexus, to predict disease endotypes, biomarkers, and drug responses, among other outcomes. I also specialize in biomedical image processing, including CT image analysis for anatomical structure and lesion segmentation, as well as endoscopic video processing with joint video-image modeling approaches for enhanced diagnostic capabilities.2026 – Shifted focus to Agentic AI.
