1. Lead legal counsel in Asia Division and manage the legal team in Asia; advise the management team on a wide variety of practices including but not limited to M&A projects, legal issues arising out of FDI, negotiation strategies with customers and suppliers, etc.; provide legal supports for all the entities in China, Japan and Korea, including trading companies, various manufacturing sites and JVs; 2. Secretary of the BoD in Gestamp entities in China; participate in the board meetings as well as shareholders' meeting; review shareholders and board minutes, including but not limited to all required documentation (powers of attorney and representation, delegation of votes and postal ballots, written agreements, etc.) for the entities in Asia. 3. Provide legal advise related to incorporation of companies, capital increases and reductions, appointment and amendment of Management Bodies, revisions of Articles of incorporation and bylaws, approval of annual accounts, appointment of auditors, etc. 4. Draft and review all kinds of (i) commercial contracts within the companies’ ordinary course of business (such as sale contracts, supply and purchasing contracts, transportation contracts, service contracts, tooling manufacturing contracts, cooperation agreements, NDAs, SaaS, and distribution contracts, etc.), and (ii) contracts with public administration (investment agreements, land auctions, incentives, etc.) and licenses. It includes negotiation with third parties and coordination with all the internal stakeholders; 5. Draft, translate, and proofread legal documents in both Chinese and English; 6. Other legal related matters and initiatives.

1. To create, review and negotiate different kinds of contracts, , rules and other related legal documents. 2. To provide day to day legal advice to responsible sports to support China Passion Brand’s daily operation. 3. To handle disputes from government investigation and customer compliant  related to products and provide professional advice to China Sports Team. 4. To manage DECATHLON products conformity in collaboration with technical teams and International Business Legal team in Campus. 5. To closely work with Campus IP team to secure brands and passion innovative products in China market. 6. To create, organize and give different legal trainings. 7． To manage the legal administration of the company (chop, licenses, registration, POA, BOD, DOA etc). 8. Other legal missions assigned by the manager.
