I have been working at WuXi Biologics as a drug product development scientist for four years. Before that, I obtained my PhD degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in biomedical engineering. In my past working experience, I have been responsible for formulation development, DP fill finish process development, and technology transfer for various types of therapeutic protein molecules (mAb, bsAb, Fc-fusion, and ADC), different dosage forms (liquid and lyophilization), and different container closures (vials and pre-filled syringes). As a scientist in CDMO, I am skilled at proposing study plans for clients to perform process development experiments, drafting technology transfer protocols for manufacturing, and communicating with different functions in CMC to achieve the IND,INDa,and BLA filings.
