Autobiography Dear Sir, my name is Aaron Chang. First, very pleasure you read this letter. I graduated from National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology - Institute of Electrical Engineering. After school, I have worked at Advantech company as a MPM(Manufacture Product Management) for three years. Analysis 7.Team Management 8.Personal AOP. Paper The purpose of this study is to find out the optimal parameters of AnodicAluminum Oxide conversion efficiency using Taguchi Method. The four control factors are: voltage (A), concentration of phosphoric acid (B), concentration of oxalic acid (C), and temperature (D). Each control factor contains three levels, and through adjusting for different parameters with orthogonal array L9 (34), we obtain nine conversion efficiency values. We then obtain the S / N ratio through the Larger-the-Better of characteristics, and finally reach the optimized parameters. Experience With 3 years of experiences in MPM, and I have worked for Advantech company. I’ve learned about how to be rigorous, how to work in a team, and how to operate under tight deadline pressures and balancing priorities.
