As part of the research activity for my diploma paper, the internship was aimed at giving operations strategy suggestion to company for entering potential Chinese logistics alliance market based on analyzing the current company resources and processes. Main activities and responsibilities: - Strategic analysis of the non-retail group in company consisted by four trucking sub-companies and one logistics service sub-company; - Practical survey of Chinese inbound logistics alliance market requirements; - Give practical operations strategy suggestions to company for further development.

Main activities and responsibilities: - Providing assistance to daily activities in counselling department; - Acquiring an overall view of operations in counselling department; - Assisting project manager to organize large-scale exhibitions.
