Identifying and facilitating high-potential investment opportunities in deep tech and industry tech. As part of Growth&Glory’s network of independent consultants, my role spans targeted deal sourcing, founder introductions, and strategic fundraising support—ensuring ventures secure the right investors to scale their impact. Key focus areas include - Scouting transformative deep tech and industry tech ventures - Connecting startups with Growth&Glory’s corporate and VC investor network - Supporting fundraising strategy and investor readiness - Driving meaningful investment matches for high-impact ventures. This role complements my broader expertise in venture development, due diligence, and impact-driven investments.

Founded in 2018 by by a team of pioneers, passionate about bringing the next generation of high performance manufacturing, we aspire to mass produce high performance composites as easily as metals. We do this by automating and digitizing the production workflow of composite production at the most innovative companies. We understand the complexities of anisotropic materials and the manual process in manufacturing carbon composites. To simplify this, we set out to provide an all-in-one solution to help our customers radically ramp up their composites series production and turn their series production ideas into production cases within months - not years. So we built a software as a service suite, powered by integrated FEA simulation tools, that allows to quickly find the most optimal designs. Then we combined state of the art additive manufacturing equipment with advanced post processing technology to enable serial manufacturing of structural composite parts.

FasterCapital is a virtual incubator based in Dubai Internet City. We help IT startups through our acceleration and incubation programs. FasterCapital was established in 2010 and our model has been publicly available since 2016. Fastercapital currently has 20 incubated startups that graduated and are fully functional now, more than 268 startups in the acceleration program, more than 450 regional partners and 216 offices worldwide. FasterCapital has multiple rounds of funding per year during each of which we will be selecting startups that can be accelerated or incubated.

Der Zukunftsdialog umfasst: •regelmäßig erscheinende Policy-Analysen renommierter Autoren über Frankreich bzw. Deutschland in den Bereichen Außen- und Europapolitik, Innenpolitik, Wirtschaft und Soziales. •drei Seminare in Deutschland, Frankreich und einem wechselnden Partnerland pro Jahrgang, bei denen die Teilnehmer des Zukunftsdialogs mit Experten über aktuelle politische und gesellschaftliche Fragestellungen diskutieren. •eine aktive Alumniarbeit, durch die das Netzwerk dauerhaft gepflegt wird.
