Early Oncology of R&D Translational medicine

Lead and manage clinical biomarker and preclinical translational biology groups, collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose, develop and implement biomarker strategies at preclinical to first in human clinical stage focusing on oncology, immune-oncology or autoimmune disease area. 1. Deliver high quality translation research/biomarker/CDx strategy, for recommended dose selection and mechanism of action exploration, and patient selection and CDx development. 2. Lead efforts on translational/biomarker key data delivery, interpretation and presentations for decision making and/or science-driven drug and clinical development proposals 3.Lead a group of scientists in preclinical translational research studies in solid tumor or hematological malignancies and develop translational and biomarker strategies carrying out combination of established and late stage therapeutics reagents, indication exloration, mechanism of action studies, biomarker identification, generation of data that support clinical biomarker develop. 4. External and internal academic/KOL to identify biomarker gap and unmet medical needs in depth investigation to drive clinical innovations

In collaboration with clinical, pre-clinical and project teams of the company, provide translational science support for early and/or late stage development studies. • Provide input on the clinical biomarker strategies for relevant company sponsored clinical trials • Participate in development and implementation of pharmacodynamic, pharmacogenomic and pharmacogenetic assays into company sponsored clinical trials • Analyze results from translational medicine studies and communicate to the project teams and management as appropriate • External collaboration in the research and development with relevant academic institutions, competitor pharmaceutical companies, and fee-for-service bioanalytical companies

Clinical biomarker study on SCLC, including project strategy plan, CTC platform validation and antibody development to support exploratory biomarker in phase Ib trial

Biomarker, immunoncology Explore prognostic biomarker to help assist patient selection focus on acute lympholytic leukemia and solid tumor. Focus on implementing novel platform and screening biomarkers, and then explore MOA of BITE in cancer therapy.

My work deal with the research of origin and evolution of protein in immunity, including propose thesis, design experiments and publishing paper.
