-Reviewed, analyzed, and cleaned 200+ client companies’ executive Long-Term Incentive data for supporting the Global Compensation Survey; managed Entertainment Industry Survey companies independently. -Identified and resolved issues regarding missing, inconsistent, and erroneous data by examining proxy and other public filings and actively communicating with clients from various industries.

-Collaborated with the Reward Solution project team to deliver follow-up human resources company-wide digital transformation intervention programs for 3 companies by drafting strategic plans and proposals, and basic data collection using PowerPoint and Excel. -Generated two 2022 human resources digital transformation reports and surveys with mentor: conducted industry research and gained data about company structure and business strategies, status quo, change readiness survey, and employee engagement report, etc; prepared human resources transformation readiness questionnaire production. -Analyzed the performance and compensation system, brought out the benefit adjustment plan, and strengthened BSH Group competency model-based goal setting and rating scale; interviewed and documented approximately 50 relevant executives. -Managed the Online Assessment Center by sending more than 1000 recruitment online written assessments and retrieving the reports when needed; set up and maintained different assessment projects.

-Collaborated with 3 more graduate advisors to make 10+ Qualtrics surveys; cleared up the data used R and Excel; contributed to the study design in weekly group meetings; conducted literature review and wrote four 5000 words reports about the impact of communication and persuasion on human behavior. -Designed and conducted my own research on The Social Effects on Online Learning and Working: Negative Influence of Cyber-ostracism (social exclusion) on people's Academic Self-efficacy, and how rejective sensitivity moderate using SPSS, R, and Python.
