1. Assisting in the new crypto exchange platform launches, including testing for the internal operation consoles. 2. Helping with transaction approvals and wallet rebalancing. Ensure the tasks are done within SLAs.

1. Continuously engage in the development and bug fixing of the Reconciliation Engine. Suggest new ideas and discuss with the Tech Team for better engine service and UI. 2. Support in daily coin inventory reconciliation among wallet, ledger, and blockchain by the Reconciliation Engine. Build up the recording procedures and back-track any old missing records for auditing purposes. 3. Assist in the build-up of crypto deposit, withdrawal, and wallet address white-listing procedures to fulfill licensing requirements. Ensure the processes smoothly operate among client and internal teams. 4. Support any UAT testing and production release monitoring related to new crypto features, including new coin launching. 5. Training new team members to all crypto-related procedures

1. Contributing to the development of the Reconciliation Engine to mitigate any risk associated with digital asset deposits and withdrawals on the blockchain network. 2. Ensure digital asset transactions are properly executed. Follow-up with Tech, Compliance and/or frontend teams with exceptional cases 3. Building up procedures. Constantly training and communicate with the out sourcing team on 24/7 transaction checking 4. Assisting in the new crypto exchange platform launches
