I lead the regional Project Delivery and After-Sales Service organization across Southeast Asia (SEA), ANZ (Australia & New Zealand), and Korea at Hai Robotics.In this role, I oversee the end-to-end regional delivery and service operations, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale robotics and warehouse automation projects across multiple markets, with a strong focus on delivery quality, operational stability, and customer success.I am responsible for driving the development of regional delivery and service capabilities, including organizational structure, key talent strategy, cross-regional execution mechanisms, and the establishment of standardized delivery frameworks to support scalable growth across the Asia-Pacific region.My focus is on building a globally adaptable regional delivery and service organization that enables consistent, high-quality execution of complex automation projects across diverse markets.我目前在海柔创新（Hai Robotics）领导东南亚（SEA）、澳大利亚及新西兰（ANZ）以及韩国区域的项目交付与售后服务体系建设与整体运营管理工作。在该职责下，我统筹区域交付与服务网络的规划与执行，确保大型机器人及仓储自动化项目在多国家市场的高质量落地与稳定交付，并持续提升整体客户成功与服务交付能力。我负责推动区域交付与售后团队的组织发展与能力体系建设，包括关键人才配置、跨区域协作机制优化以及标准化交付体系的建立，以支撑亚太业务的持续扩张与规模化复制。我的核心目标是打造具备全球化适配能力的区域交付与服务体系，实现复杂自动化项目在不同市场的高效、稳定与可持续交付。
