[Main duties] Responsible for overseas Corporate Financing, deeply involved in project investment, execute IR management and corporate governance affairs. • Corporate financing: According to the funding requirements and company capability to formulate financing plan and lead to implementation; connect with banks and successfully applied for a 3yers loan as the first medium-term facility of the Group, improved the financing structure of HK company. • Project investment: Deeply involved in the group's first overseas(AUS) solar investment project, accomplished financial modeling, IRR prediction, transaction & financing design, assisted in the comm. with foreign parties. • Industry Research: Independently composed varieties of research reports on overseas credit rating, overseas perpetual bond, trade finance, FT accounts, and cross-border cash pooling; connect with multiple financial institutions such as CICC, CMBC, CISI, CEB to obtain internal materials and data support. • Financing compliance: Responsible for conduct internal compliance processes & external regulatory procedures. Independently compiled application documents and successfully obtained foreign debt approval of NDRC, coordinated with multiple depts. of Admin, Account, Legal... to get supports & complete all inner-control processes. • IR: Fully involved in all capital market activities including Results Meeting, Road Show, Strategy Meeting, A-Share listing..., OT work to prepare high qualified Chi-En materials; daily reply to institutional(CPF, Tortoise...) & personal investors, while maintaining a good relationship with Analysts of Morgan, Daiwa, Citi, CMB... Inner: Tracking company stock, industrial policies, and peer info., writing daily, monthly, half-yearly reports for the mgmt. decision. • Broad Affairs: Held board/shareholders' meetings for multiple companies 5+ times, prepared Chi-Eng docs independently. Successfully implemented the resolutions of Capital Increase, Debt-equity Swap, DD...

[Main duties] Responsible for Corporate Financing / Trade Finance, and liquidity update, deeply involved in multiple overseas projects investment. • Corporate financing: Assisted CFO in maintaining & exploring financing resources. Contacted with 20+ banks including the big 5 Chinese banks of BOC, ICBC..., joint-equity banks of CIB, CEB, Pingan..., HK Macao and Taiwan banks of HSB, LUSO, CTCB..., and HSBC, Rabobank, etc. with the total facilities of around 0.5 billion USD. • Trade finance: Proficient in the whole credit process, including composing the full set of materials for Facility Application and Annual Review, Q&A reply, DD assistance, terms & conditions negotiation... Familiar with relevant products of LC, T/R, D/P, B-to-B, and fund products of F/X, swap, with hands-on experience on documentation. • Project investment: Deeply involved in multiples projects, including overseas FSO, Cotton Spinning Industrial Park, domestic Re-Manufacturing Industrial Park, Timber Industrial Park, and Indonesia Subsidiaries Establishment. Assisted in financial modeling, IRR prediction, accomplished multiple Feasibility Reports, DD Reports, and internal approval materials. Have solid Chinese writing skills, proficient in domestic writing format. • Liquidity schedule: Formulated financing and guarantee accounts, dynamically updated liquidity schedule to ensure the safety of capital chain. Responsible for composing finance-related proposals and reports to provide support for management decision-making. • Financing compliance: Leading the contact with ADMIN of Foreign Exchange of local PBOC, successfully obtained SAFE registrations 10+ times. Contact with Deheng, Dentons, Junhe... Law firms, to prepare required legal compliance docs. Coordinated with multiple depts. of Admin, Account, Legal... to conduct all inner processes.

[Main duties] IT planning, department management, and business management with external agencies • IT Planning: Formulated IT strategy and lead implementation. Successfully restructured the network & built IT infrastructure, set up core systems of securities & futures. Built IT team & regulations, providing 5×24 support. • Business Mgmt: Daily contact with 20+ external agencies, including HKEX, Ayers, SP, Tele-trend, CTCC, PCCW, Bloomberg, Wind..., and responsible for bidding. Have good comm. skills and rich business negotiation experience.
