My career began on the frontlines of community development and has since evolved into strategic leadership roles, where I support executive teams, manage full-cycle HR operations, and guide teams and individuals through growth and transformation. Currently, I serve as the HR & Admin Manager in one of the leading automotive companies in the Philippines. I value servant leadership, continuous learning, and building teams that thrive with purpose and collaboration. Despite a full six-day workweek, I dedicate time to teaching children in our community. I believe that instilling values at an early age plays a vital role in shaping their future.
