• Experience in cooperation with international companies (customers from Israel, Dubai, China, Sweden, etc.) • Providing full-lifecycle recruitment processes (candidates’ selection, direct search, scheduling interviews, coordinating technical selection, providing recommendations and feedbacks, managing/negotiating contracts, maintaining long-term relationships with candidates) • Building teams of developers, testers, team leaders, business analysts, support engineers etc. with a variety of technologies, • Working with Hiring Managers and Staffing Coordinators to fulfill open vacancies • Maintaining internal applicant tracking system, researching new candidates’ sources, market mapping (market conditions and competitive analysis)

Event & model agency "BEAUTY" Responsibilities:  Preparation of commercial proposals for projects of various sizes; Organization of beauty contests  Development of new ideas and concepts;  Direct participation in events as a vocalist/presenter;  Creative development and drafting of event scenarios;  Coordination and control of the progress of the event;  Search and interact with event participants (photographers, video operators, artists of different genres, artists, animators, promoters, etc.).
