In 2019, I graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in Christian Ministry and began a career in writing. GCD is a resourcing ministry with the purpose of helping make, mature, and multiply disciples of Jesus. For a year, I served as a staff writer and contributed a total of five articles, two of which made the Top Ten Most-Read Article List of 2020. My article, "It Is Not Well With My Soul," which shared my reflections on the murder of Mr. George Floyd, ranked ninth, while my article, "Receiving The Day," which was a call away from a seize the day mentality in light of COVID-19, ranked fifth.
