Managing strategic and commercial activities for a major subcontractor of the company. • Managing and implementing price lists, placing purchase orders, reducing costs, and conducting business reviews. • Managing forecasts and business plans together with the subcontractor. • Approvals and management of PPV (Purchase Price Variance) and liability. • Preparing and managing quarterly QBR (Quarterly Business Review) meetings. • Analyzing MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and developing work plans with the subcontractor, based on sales forecast. • Analyzing and implementing ECO (Engineering Change Orders) with engineering and the subcontractor. • Managing OBS (Order Bill of Services) details with engineering. • Managing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and RTV (Return to Vendor) with the QA department and subcontractor. • Overseeing inventory with the subcontractor, including stock counts and inventory adjustments. • Implementing new products, procedures, and processes with the subcontractor. • Collaborating with interfaces within the company and the subcontractor, such as R&D, NPI (New Product Introduction), production planning, engineering, manufacturing, quality, warehousing, logistics, strategic procurement, and business units. • Participating in global meetings with company representatives around the world. • Establishing interfaces and maintaining excellent communication between all parties involved in the activity.
