My career combines Russian-instilled love for math with a passion to foster sustainable startup growth for a better world. I am thrilled to be a part of Third Sphere, where we support founders and invest in Climate Tech companies. Previously, I provided scaling solutions to dozens of positive impact companies both in my independent practice and as a Partner in a Fractional CFO firm. Before that, I was the Head of Finance at the Unreasonable Group, an accelerator and investor in high-growth ventures solving global challenges with advanced technologies. My finance background includes global equity with Wellington Management and FX/ IR Derivates with Bank of America Merrill Lynch. I left banking with an aim to make a positive impact, joining Partners In Health to implement and scale health equity solutions to those most in need. Avid nature and ocean lovers, my family and I split our time between Cape Cod and Puerto Rico.
