DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES >>Installation and commissioning of the heavy equipments conducting test and inspection to ensure operational effectiveness of plants and utilities . >>Reviewing engineering drawings,layouts,diagrams ,technical specification,costs estimate for eraction and commissioning of the plant. >> Hands on testing and set up of all mechanical field equipment, inclusive of pumps, air compressors, turbines, piping systems, coolers and valves. >>Hands on experience in overhauling and commissioning, pumps, valves, compressors, coolers, turbines and pipe work. >>Familiar with the application of Completion Management System for the control of Pre-Commissioning activities >>Familiar with the concept of Commissioning Systems and the representation of the same using Limits of System Handover Documents >>Experience and knowledge in Test packs, ITR Completions, Line walk, Punch list preparation and punch closure inspections >>Experience in hydro test and reinstatement inspection >>Experienced in installation and pre commissioning/commissioning of marine scrubbers (EGCS). Reviewing engineering drawings and P&IDs. Inspection of equipment (such as SW pumps/sealing air fan) and instruments (PTs, TTs, PGs)/dampers and piping line walks during installing of Marine Scrubbers. >>Experienced in installation of Ballast Water Management /Treatment System (BWMS/BWTS).Inspection of equipment and instruments and piping line walks during installing of (BWMS/BWTS) systems.
