Yan Liu

I joined Huawei's Spain RSC in April 2019. I am responsible for managing all consultants (150+) of the RSC. The management modules involved include consultant recruitment and salary negotiation, timesheet, overtime and business trip management, onboarding and offboarding handling, PR launch and payroll check, supplier performance management, formulation, release, and execution of department management regulations, and team climate building. In addition, I also participated in the overall management of the department, such as internal compliance and risk control, department audit and proactive self-check, and cyber security management. The position of HRBP also requires a certain familiarity with Huawei's business. Therefore, I also participated in the project management training, through job rotation, which includes below modules: project quality and EHS management, field work management, project operation management, stakeholder management, integrated plan and progress management, and procurement management. Generally speaking, HRBP is a a position which not just requires human resource management ability and also business and operation management capability. As for the job characteristics, I would like to stress that I have strong self-control ability, good at using intuition and psychological analysis to solve interpersonal conflicts, have strong organizational and execution skills, based on plan to promote the implementation and completion of the goals, like to work together in a creative and cooperative team atmosphere.
